Here's how it usually works:

Step 1: You provide me with the content (text and images) for your site along with how you want the content organized. This will allow me to make an estimate of the total cost. A 50% deposit (of the estimated total cost) is required before work begins.

Step 2: I create a design concept based on your suggestions regarding the organization of the content and any other preferences such as layout, images, colours, etc. that you identify. After the initial design is completed, two revisions are allowed free of charge. Any additional revisions are billed at $25/hour.

Step 3: Once the site is completed you are responsible for the final proofing of the site. Any corrections (but not revisions or additions) will be made free of charge.

An Example of Costs:

Design + 2 revisions = $150 (includes a Home page, a Contact page and an About Us page)
Additional pages, content and/or revisions at $25/hour = $50 - $75 (depending on your content needs)
Total Estimate = $200 - $225

Possible additional costs:
Website Hosting = $120/year (I can provide this if you don't already have web hosting)
Domain name registration = $10/year (I can register your domain for you if you wish)
Special Features (email form, photo gallery, dynamic content, etc.) = costs vary according to specific requirements

 

Payment in full is due within two weeks (14 days) of website launch
